TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1. Reservations can be made online, via phone, or directly at the hotel.
1.2. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment as per the hotel’s policy.
1.3. Guests must provide valid identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in.
1.4. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
1.5. Details of All foreign nationals will be shared with the Local police station within 24 hours of them arriving at the property
2. Payment Policy
2.1. The hotel requires full payment at the time of booking. The balance amount (for incidentals i.e Bon Fire Charges, Nature Walk charges etc)
must be paid upon check-in.
2.2. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, and net banking
2.3. GST and service charges will be applied as per government regulations.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. All bookings done through our website are non-cancellable
3.2. In the event of a cancellation no refund will be issued to the customer.
3.3. No refund will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs.
3.4. In event of an emergency, guest can change their date of stay once depending on the availability at the hotel
4. Check-in and Check-out Policy
4.1. Check-in time: 2 PM | Check-out time: 12 Noon
4.2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.3. Guests must inform the hotel in advance for late check-in arrivals.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1. Guests must adhere to hotel rules and maintain decorum.
5.2. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
5.3. The hotel is a non-smoking zone (except in designated areas).
5.4. Loud noise, illegal activities, and nuisance behaviour are strictly prohibited.
6. Child and Extra Bed Policy
6.1. Children below 5 years stay complimentary (without extra bed).
6.2. Extra beds are available upon request and at an additional charge.
7. Pet Policy
7.1. Pets are not allowed
7.2. If allowed (in case of service pets) pet owners must ensure cleanliness and bear responsibility for any damages.
8. Liability and Force Majeure
8.1. The hotel is not responsible for loss/theft of personal belongings.
8.2. The hotel is not liable for disruptions due to natural calamities, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking and legal purposes.
9.2. The hotel may use guest contact details for future promotions, with the option to opt out.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India.
10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
